About the Founder
Ashok Prasad is the Founder & CEO of Niyyam™, a digital Mutual Fund investment platform operated by Tech Margon Wealth Private Limited.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, under Kerala University, in 2004.
Over the past 20+ years, he has built his career in the technology industry, contributing to the development of enterprise software products and digital platforms focused on reliability, scalability, and user experience.
His experience in building technology platforms, combined with a growing interest in personal finance, led him to establish Niyyam™ with a simple objective:
To make disciplined Mutual Fund investing easier, more transparent, and more accessible for Indian investors.

When I began my career as an engineer, I learned that the strongest systems are built on thoughtful design, discipline, and continuous improvement. Those same principles continue to shape the way I think about investing.
While technology has transformed almost every aspect of our lives, many people still find investing unnecessarily complicated. Information overload, short-term market noise, and emotional decision-making often distract investors from what truly matters—staying invested with discipline over the long term.
That is why I founded Niyyam™. Our objective has never been to predict markets or encourage frequent investing decisions. Instead, we are building a platform that simplifies investing, encourages long-term thinking, and empowers investors to make informed financial decisions with confidence.

Ashok Prasad serves as the Company's Designated Compliance Officer and Employee Unique Identification Number (EUIN Holder: E666001).
Transition Note: In accordance with applicable AMFI regulations, his previous Individual ARN (ARN: 349704) was formally surrendered upon joining the Company. His EUIN (E666001) is now linked with the Company's Corporate ARN (360119), ensuring that all Mutual Fund distribution activities are conducted under the Company's registration in full regulatory compliance.
