Users should read the offer documents before investing. 2.2 Insurance Disclosures: Insurance policies are subject to terms and conditions specified by the insurance company. Niyyam is an insurance intermediary and does not guarantee claim settlements. 2.3 Mutual Fund & Securities Disclosure: SEBI mandates disclosure of commissions, fees, and charges to investors. Niyyam provides transparent details of transaction charges, distribution fees, and platform charges.

3. Data Privacy & Security

Personal data is handled according to the Niyyam Privacy Policy and DPDP Act 2023. Data is collected for regulatory compliance, KYC, transaction processing, and risk management. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data subject to regulatory retention requirements.

4. Compliance with AML / KYC

Niyyam strictly follows PMLA, SEBI, AMFI, and IRDAI guidelines for AML and KYC compliance. Users are required to submit identity, address, and financial documents before performing transactions. High-risk or suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to FIU-IND as required by law.

5. Fees, Charges & Commission Disclosure

Platform fees, subscription charges, or transaction charges are clearly displayed before confirmation of any transaction. Commissions or incentives received from AMCs, insurers, or third-party providers are disclosed to the user in line with SEBI and IRDAI regulations.

6. Grievance Redressal & Reporting

Users can lodge complaints or grievances via email at support@niyyam.com. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to SEBI SCORES, IRDAI IGMS, or DPDP grievance authorities. Niyyam maintains records of complaints, resolutions, and statutory reports for a minimum of 5 years.
